Article50.io is operated by Maynard, operating as a sole trader, based in New Zealand.
1. What we provide
Article50.io performs an automated technical scan of a website you submit and generates a compliance report identifying potential Article 50 (EU AI Act) transparency issues, along with remediation guidance and suggested disclosure language.
2. Not legal advice
Our reports are an automated technical assessment, not legal advice. They do not constitute a legal opinion on your compliance status. You should consult a qualified lawyer for advice specific to your situation.
3. Payment
Reports are a one-time purchase of €499, paid via Stripe. No subscription or recurring charge applies. No account is required.
4. Accuracy
We scan for specific, detectable technical markers (such as chat widget signatures and AI-generation markup) and report only what is detected. We do not guarantee our scan identifies every possible compliance issue on your site, and absence of a finding is not a guarantee of compliance.
5. Delivery
Reports are typically generated and emailed within minutes of payment. In rare cases of technical delay, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve and deliver promptly.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Article50.io is not liable for actions taken or not taken based on our reports, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
