What we collect
When you use Article50.io, we collect: the website URL you submit for scanning, your email address (for report delivery), and payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card details).
How we use it
To perform the scan, generate your report, deliver it via email, and process payment. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data storage
Scan results and order records are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU/Frankfurt). Report PDFs are stored securely and accessible only via a private link.
Retention
Scan and order data is retained for 12 months for support and record-keeping purposes, then deleted.
Third parties
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Render (hosting), and Inngest (background processing) to operate the service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
No account, no tracking profile
We don't require account creation and don't build an ongoing profile of you beyond what's needed to deliver your report.
