Because Article50.io reports are generated automatically and delivered within minutes, refunds are handled as follows:
Technical failure
If payment succeeds but your report is not delivered within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and either deliver your report or issue a full refund.
Incorrect site scanned
If you accidentally submitted the wrong URL, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-run your scan at no charge.
Dissatisfaction with findings
Because the report reflects an automated technical assessment (not a judgment call), we don't offer refunds simply because a report found fewer or different issues than expected. If you believe the scan has a genuine error, contact us and we'll investigate.
